Accommodation
The accommodation at Hotel Marina El Cid is of an extremely high standard and 80% of rooms benefit from ocean views and some have marina views. All rooms are air conditioned and include either one king size bed or two double beds, the décor is elegant and fresh with tropical Hues. Bathrooms are luxurious, with large shower areas, marble walls, floors and counter tops. Other amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV with premium channels, pillow menu, electronic safe, telephone, 24 hour room service and a mini bar. All rooms have balconies. Rooms range from luxury to junior suite and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms suites.
DiningAlcazar is a stylish gourmet restaurant offering Mediterranean and Tai style cuisine, it features one of the most impressive salad bars you are ever likely to see! Open for dinner between 18.00 and 23.00, dress is formal.
Al Andalus provides quests with a spectacular buffet throughout the day, and one of the most impressive breakfast buffets, including traditional Mexican food, English and American breakfasts and the most amazingly colourful fruit smoothies. Open for breakfast between 07.00 and 11.00, lunch 12.30 to 16.30 and dinner 18.00 to 22.30. Dress is casual.
Hacienda Arrecife offers Mexican cuisine in an authentic Mexican Hacienda adjacent to the pool. Guests may also choose from a selection of over 50 Tequilas. Open for lunch between 11.30 and 17.00 and for dinner between 18.30 and 22.00. Dress is casual.
La Marina is situated alongside the Marina and offers fantastic seafood and grills in a spectacular setting. Open between 18.00 and 22.00 for dinner only. Dress is smart casual. Wet Bar provides drinks next to the pool and is the principal daytime bar between 10.00 until 18.00.
Lobby Bar is at the centre of the lobby area and offers live music, superb cocktails or even tea/coffee with fine French pastries. Open from 16.00 to 01.00.
Terrace Bar opens between 10.00 and 22.00 and offers spectacular views with a strong Mexican flavour.
Teatro Castilla is the Theatre bar and is used for theme buffets with an International flavour and offers impressive theatre presentations. Open between 19.30 and 22.00.
Activities
At the heart of Hotel Marina El Cid you will find a magnificent 22000sq.ft free-form pool that features waterfalls, children’s area with slides, swim-up bar and in-water lounge chairs and sundeck.
